1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the Tenor website and platform ("Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

5. Customer data & privacy

You retain ownership of all data you provide or generate through the Services ("Customer Data"). We process Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Services, as described in our Privacy Policy. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases, and we will delete your Customer Data within 90 days unless retention is required by law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. For Philippine customers, disputes may alternatively be resolved under Philippine law and jurisdiction where required by local regulation.
